Similarly, our team from the Tours and Incentive Travel Department has excelled in making inroads with corporate clients and organizations with a need for group travel. This department specializes in managing group tours and planning and arranging comprehensive travel and entertainment packages, ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable experience for travelers. We have arranged local domestic tours for conferences of up to 3,000 participants and planned and managed outbound incentive tours for up to 1000 persons. Some of these are listed below:-

Our current most popular tour is the Jerusalem Holyland Pilgrimage, having taken groups since 1997, and averaging 6-8 groups per year.

An active participant of major travel fairs such as the MATTA Fair held twice annually, we at World Discovery Travel pride ourselves in providing value-added services to regular and new clients alike. Instead of having to visit our booth at the fairs, we accept bookings via our office, telephone and email as well. These save clients the hassle of visiting fair venues that are usually crowded – a gesture much appreciated by clients.

Convenience is yet another factor for which clients cherish our services. Ticket deliveries, visa application arrangements and even personalized check-ins are all assistance provided by us to ensure trouble-free departures. When managing and leading groups, we take into consideration the various needs of each member – their limitations, likes, requirements etc., again to ensure that all members of the group have an enjoyable holiday.

While providing standard travel arrangements is commonplace for the agency, customized tours are also provided by request. World Discovery Travel is able to tailor tours to various destinations to suit travelers’ needs without compromising quality in every aspect.
